G Fest is a three-day music extravaganza with four stages and over 85 bands including The Avett Brothers, Old Crow Medicine Show, The Swon Brothers, Marty Stuart, Turnpike Troubadours, Robert Randolph & The Family Band, Jason Boland & The Stragglers, John Fullbright, Paul Thorn Band, Byron Berline Band, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, The Quebe Sisters and Uncle Lucius.

But first things first, here are the top three May music events from the team at 98’s apartments Owasso OK, courtesy of Travel OK:

1. Gregg Allman - May 12th

Join the Midnight Rider for a very special evening of southern-fried blues-rock at the Hard Rock Casino in Tulsa. With hits like “Queen of Hearts,” “Midnight Rider,” “Melissa,” and “Rambling Man,” Gregg Allman helped define southern rock in the 1970’s. Along the strange and winding path since the Allman Brothers Band formation in 1969, Gregg Allman managed to stack up a handful of Grammys, was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and earned the #70 spot on Rolling Stone’s “100 Greatest Singers of All Time” list.

Allman takes the stage at The Joint, Hard Rock’s 2,700-seat performance venue. Of all the apartments Owasso OK has, none are closer to The Hard Rock than 98. It’s just a 20-minute drive, so you have no excuse to miss this one.

2. Ellie Goulding - May 18th

Head to the Zoo Amphitheatre in Oklahoma City to see English pop star Ellie Goulding on her "Delirium" World Tour, joined by singer/songwriter Bebe Rexha. After three studio albums, Goulding as gained a large and enthusiastic following at home and abroad. Bring some friends along to sing along to hits like "On My Mind," "Love Me Like You Do," and "Burn." Hear Bebe Rexha sing popular hits she's written for other artists, like "Monster," as performed by Eminem and Rihanna. You may also recognize Bebe Rexha as a vocalist in Cash Cash's "Take Me Home" and David Guetta's "Hey Mama." Don't miss out on this exciting show.

3. The Beach Boys in Concert - May 19th & 20th

Experience the classic sounds of summer from what is often considered America's most iconic and significant rock n' roll band. The Beach Boys, in their more than 50-year career, have produced an impressive roster of hits like "I Get Around," "Good Vibrations," "Wouldn't It Be Nice," "God Only Knows," "Kokomo," and many more. Join the audience at Tulsa's River Spirit Casino for two nights of memorable performances from these legendary musicians.
